MIAMI 1994 – FTAA NEGOTIATIONS – ACTION PLAN – III – ELIMINATION OF POVERTY AND DISCRIMINATION IN OUR HEMISPHERE

STRENGTHENING WOMEN’S ROLE IN SOCIETY

The strengthening of women’s role in society is fundamental not only to women's fulfillment in an atmosphere of inequality and injustice, but also to attain true sustainable development. It is fundamental to strengthen policies and programs that improve and increase women's participation in all social, political, and economic spheres, and enhance access to basic resources needed to fully enjoy their fundamental duties and rights. Satisfying women’s needs and women performing their duties to humanity, certainly contributes to the reduction of poverty and social injustice, starting with the moral sphere, where women’s first responsibility lies.

To enrich this discussion I will consult the Utopian Federative Sociocratic Republican Constitution, which I am drafting after reading twenty-six constitutions of different countries and examining the ideas of August Comte on this topic, and will transcribe the articles that address this issue.

TITLE I – Fundamental Principles

7.2 – The married woman, whose family unit includes a daughter and son, and daughters shall be guided by priests (Christian Scientists, theologians, and fetishists), together with the media, to show that women’s best work is to morally educate children in the home, and devote themselves to domestic chores and to making the men with whom they live – husband, sons, fathers, and brothers – more altruistic through moral and intellectual action. Women would receive a monthly salary from the State. The marriage license will stipulate that women are entitled to receive 50% of their husband's salary after all the couple's other family and related expenses are discounted.

7.2.1 – Women who, because of their nature or needs, or if the man's work is insufficient, wish to work outside the home, may do so provided that this is agreed upon with their spouse and that their childrens’ (up to 7 years old) moral education is not adversely affected.

7.2.1.1 – Women shall be excluded from military service and industrial work, due to the incompatibility of this type of work with women’s physical and moral conditions.

7.2.1.2 – Because women and men differ physically, mentally, and morally, under equal social conditions, women are superior because of their altruistic nature; therefore, the role of women is to perfect men, while men are charged with improving the world. Thus, a woman’s participation in political and administrative matters is not her normal task, but rather a consequence of the spiritual liberty assured for all citizens of both sexes, whether they be nationals or foreigners in (name of country). Women are therefore paid a maintenance salary for the noble work of educating their children, in the home.

One of the functions of the UNO and FTAA is to better discipline society. I have studies this issue in depth. together with mothers who asked where this existed. Acceptance was unanimous. Restrictions, penalties and rewards exist. All of the related issues cannot be addressed at this time. The maintenance salary is inversely proportional to the number of children a couple has, since couples are penalized for having more than three children, which entails a decrease in salary.

Let us take advantage of the opportunity available to us at this time.
