Latin America and the Caribbean in Technical Cooperation for Developing Countries (TCDC) Objective: Training of human resources in the area of international and regional trade negotiations.

Activities:

  • Seminars on the new agenda for international trade and relations with the European Union.
  • Integration Course in Central America.
  • Support for CARIFORUM countries in preparing for post Lomé negotiations.
  • Seminar on strategic alliances for the strengthening of                Caribbean tourism products. Other workshops and studies.
 Government officials, parliamentarians, and entrepreneurs coming from: Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Chile, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay, and Venezuela
