Competition policy and control of restrictive business practices The objective of this program is to provide developing and other countries with technical cooperation in the area of competition policy.

Features:

  • Assistance to developing and other countries in formulating competition policy and adopting or improving legislation and procedures for the control of RBPs.
  • Workshops and seminars for the training of officials in the control of RBPS.
  • Dissemination of information on RBPs, and of a regularly updated Handbook on Restrictive Business Practices Legislation.
  • Facilitate cooperation between national competition authorities, including competent authorities of regional groupings.
