Suggestion for a Preamble of a Democratic & Societocratic Political Agreement of the FTAA.


PREAMBLE

          The Governments of Antigua and Barbuda, the Republic of Argentina, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, the Republic of Bolivia, the Federative Republic of Brazil, Canada, the Republic of Chile, the Republic of Colombia, the Republic of Costa Rica, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Dominican Republic, the Republic of Ecuador, the Republic of El Salvador, Grenada, the Republic of Guatemala, the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, the Republic of Haiti, the Republic of Honduras, Jamaica, United Mexican States, the Republic of Nicaragua, the Republic of Panama, the Republic of Paraguay, the Republic of Peru, the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the Republic of Suriname, the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, United States of America, the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, hereinafter “the Parties”; representatives of FTAA Society, supported by scientifically-cleared Public Opinion , of each of the Nations comprising the FTAA; but that Practically Exist - Proletarians and Patronals; understood and supported by the Military and Priests - Academic and Republican Politicians, bearers of the Order of Hierarchical Discipline that neither block creativity nor development; and of Non-Anarchical Progress and a Non-Retrograde Order, socially evolutionary to Social Well-Being Social; gathered in the Assembly of the Summits of the Americas - FTAA, to institute a Group of Democratic and Societocratic States, destined to ensure the exercise of social and moral DUTIES: Planetary, Eastern, Western, in civil, domestic and individual projects, not nationalist; but Patriotic projects, of each Nation; that tend towards freedom with responsibility, public safety, Social and Moral Well-Being; development, taking into account the subordination of selfishness to Altruism; of rights for DUTIES; of the analysis for the Synthesis and progress of the Order; equal opportunity and Justice as supreme values of a fraternal, pluralistic and unprejudiced society, founded in Positive Social harmony and the Scientific Morals of the Public Cause; committed in the domestic and international Hierarchy; with the peaceful settlement of disputes, that is: reconciling Order and Progress, ensuring Peace and Freedom, thereby satisfying the fair requests of the CONSERVATIVE PARTY - Patronal, and the worthy aspirations of the PROGRESSIVE PARTY - Proletarian, of each one of the Nations; always conciliating the facts, but inflexible in the beginning, we ordained and we promulgated, under the protection of HUMANITY'S Evolutionary Past, the History of Each Homeland and the LOVE predominant within and among the Families of the Nations involved; as well as among the Families of each Nation, with the Families of other Nations, the following POLITICAL Agreement that involves the 34 Countries comprising the FTAA.
