Chapter X, Annex 1 to Article 10-02: Professional Services The purpose of this Annex is to establish the rules to be observed by the Parties in order to gradually reduce and eliminate the barriers to the provision of professional services among them. This Annex shall apply to all measures related to the criteria for licensing and mutual recognition of: a) certificates or academic titles required by each Party for the exercise of a profession ; b) professional cards or other type of authorization or requirement necessary for the exercise of a profession according to the legislation of each Party. The Parties will revise at least once, every three years, the implementation of the provisions of this Annex.

Annex to Article 10-03: Professional Services Definitions Objective: This annex aims to establish the rules that the Parties shall observe in order to harmonize the measures standardizing the recognition of titles and the provision of professional services through (a) the mutual recognition of titles for the professional exercise and academic grades with corresponding certifications; or (b) the revalidation of licenses for the professional exercise. Recognition of Titles Basis for the Recognition of Titles and Licenses for the Professional Exercise Adoption of Recommendations Revision: The Parties will revise, at least annually, the application of the provisions of this annex.
