Subject: IV. Transfers

A. Types of Payment

1. Returns
Yes. Each Contracting Party shall guarantee to nationals of the other Contracting Party the free transfer to the territory of the latter Party or that of third States of payments related to an investment, especially: a) capital of an investment and reinvestments that have been effected in accordance with the laws and regulations of the host country; b) all the returns; c) amortization of loans; d) proceeds of the sale or the total or partial liquidation of an investment; e) indemnifications as provided in Article 5 of this Treaty; f) compensations or settlements as provided in Article 6. (Article 4 (1)).
