VIII. Transparency Requirements: A. Publication

Chile/Mexico
Chapter 16, Article 16-02: Publication:
Each Party shall ensure its laws, regulations, procedures and administrative rulings of general application respecting any matter covered by this Agreement are promptly published or otherwise made available in such a manner as to enable interested persons and the other Party to become acquainted with them.

To the extent possible, each Party shall: (a) publish in advance any such measure that it proposes to adopt; and (b) provide interested persons and the other Party a reasonable opportunity to comment on such proposed measures.

Chile/Canada
Chapter L, Article L-02: Publication:
Each Party shall ensure its laws, regulations, procedures and administrative rulings of general application respecting any matter covered by this Agreement are promptly published or otherwise made available in such a manner as to enable interested persons and the other Party to become acquainted with them.

Mexico/Nicaragua
Chapter X, Article 10-07: Transparency:
Each Party will promptly publish, except in emergency situations, at the latest on the date of their entry into force, all laws, regulations and relevant administrative guidelines and decisions, resolutions or measures of general application, which pertain to or affect the operation of this chapter, and which have been issued by governmental institutions of a Party or by a non-governmental normative entity of the same Party.

When the publication of the information referred to in paragraph 1 is not feasible or not practical, it shall be made available to the public in another way.
