Chapter 10: Article 10-01: Definitions:
Professional services - service, the provision of which requires specialized post-secondary education, or equivalent training or experience, and for which the right to practice is granted or restricted by a Party. Specialty air services, Enterprise, Enterprise of a Party, Quantitative restrictions, Service provider of a Party.

Chile/Canada
Chapter H, Article H-12 Definitions
Professional services: The Parties shall periodically, but in any event at least every two years, endeavor to negotiate the liberalization or removal of the quantitative restrictions set out in Annex V pursuant to paragraphs 1 through 3.

d) by a national of one Party in the territory of another Party.

Trade in services is defined as provision of a service :
