Chapter X, Article 10-18: Technical Cooperation
Within a year after the entry into force of this Treaty, the Parties will establish a system to facilitate the availability of information on national markets to service providers with reference to:
(a) commercial and technical aspects of the provision of services;
(b) the possibility of obtaining technology relevant to services; and
(c) all other aspects related to services that the Commission may consider relevant.
