1. The Fifteenth Meeting of the Negotiating Group on Subsidies, Antidumping and Countervailing Duties (NGADCV) was held in Panama from March 13-15, 2002. Representatives of 20 countries of the Hemisphere were in attendance:

2. The deliberations took place according to the following agenda:
   
   
   1. Approval of the Agenda
      
      
   2. Identification, based on the Study on the Interaction Between Trade and Competition Policies, of any areas that may merit further consideration by the TNC
      
      
   3. Draft consolidated text on Subsidies, Antidumping and Countervailing Duties
      
      
   4. Identification of options for deepening disciplines on subsidies
      
      
   5. Report of the NGADCV to the Trade Negotiations Committee (TNC)
