- The Eleventh Meeting of the Negotiating Group on Subsidies, Antidumping and Countervailing Duties (NGADCV) was held in Panama from July 9-11, 2001. Representatives of 19 countries of the Hemisphere were in attendance:

- Identification of options for deepening disciplines on subsidies
- Draft consolidated text on Subsidies, Antidumping and Countervailing Duties
Articles 1-4: General Provisions; Determination of the Existence of Dumping;
Determination of the Existence of Injury; and, Definition of Domestic Industry
- Identification, based on the Study on the Interaction Between Trade and Competition Policies, of any areas that may merit further consideration by the TNC
- Other business
The next meeting of the Negotiating Group on Subsidies, Antidumping and Countervailing Duties will be held from September 3-5, de 2001.
