The eleventh meeting of the Negotiating Group on Competition Policy (NGCP) was held in Panama from May 21-22, 2001. In attendance were representatives from Argentina, the Bahamas, Brazil, Bolivia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Trinidad and Tobago, the United States, Uruguay and Venezuela.


During the meeting, all items on the agenda, attached hereto as an annex, were addressed.
